DatArticle is a web-based SaaS platform that provides AI-assisted academic medical writing and research support. Customers subscribe to monthly plans to generate IMRAD manuscript drafts, organize references, review uploaded research data, and prepare publication-oriented reports.
The service provides drafting and research assistance only. It does not guarantee journal acceptance, Q1 publication, medical treatment, clinical decisions, factual accuracy, or statistical validity. Users must independently verify all outputs before publication or reliance.
Paid plans are monthly subscriptions processed by Paddle. Users are responsible for accurate billing information, lawful use, and keeping account credentials secure.
Users must not upload unlawful content, identifiable patient data without proper legal basis, malware, or content that infringes third-party rights. Users must not bypass usage limits, payment obligations, or security controls.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded content and generated outputs, subject to rights needed for DatArticle to operate the service. DatArticle software, branding, workflows, and documentation remain owned by the operator or licensors.
Subscriptions may be cancelled according to the checkout and account management flow. Refund eligibility is described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
