We may process account details, billing metadata, usage logs, support messages, uploaded research files, prompts, and generated manuscript outputs to provide DatArticle.
We process data to operate the service, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, provide support, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.
DatArticle may record limited first-party events such as landing-page visits, campaign parameters, sign-in-code requests, completed sign-ins, and completed drafts. These records are used to understand the service funnel and do not include uploaded research content.
Optional Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tools are loaded only after consent when configured. You may reject optional analytics without losing access to the service.
DatArticle may use cloud hosting, email providers, Paddle for payments, and AI or literature-search providers to provide the service. Payment card data is handled by Paddle, not stored directly by DatArticle.
Users should not upload identifiable patient or special-category personal data unless they have a valid lawful basis, appropriate authorization, and required safeguards.
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection by contacting support@datarticle.com.
